Stay in our popular first floor, small one bed flat in the peaceful Cultural Quarter in Seaton on the beautiful East Devon coast. The flat is comfortably furnished and suitable for 2 plus 2 and a well behaved dog! A double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge/diner for additional sleeping. A five minute walk from the beach & a paid-for parking permit is provided in a nearby car park a couple of minutes away. Great access to the SW Coast Path and the beautiful Devon/Dorset coast!

This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.

A large Tesco is conveniently located nearby. There is no private parking at the house but there is plenty of available parking close by.
