Flexible arrival time 50 m² apartment located in Jenlain, a small village on the outskirts of Avesnois. On the Valenciennes/Maubeuge route. The apartment is right in the heart of the village, and you can walk to all the amenities: bakery, butcher, restaurants, greengrocer. To access the accommodation, you will need to climb a staircase. The apartment includes: one bedroom; a dining room with a sofa bed; and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator.

Formerly a Belgian customs post, this long-abandoned property has been completely renovated with passion and respect for its original architecture, to become a contemporary, bright, and comfortable cottage in the heart of nature. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

You will be 5 minutes from Maubeuge, 20 minutes from Mons and Valenciennes, 45 minutes from Lille, and 1 hour from Brussels. A parking space is available in front of the property, and there is also the option to store bicycles in our garage.
