In the centre of Annoeullin, with many shops, 20 minutes from Lille and 5 minutes from the train station to Lille or Lens, a nice little house of about 60 m2 on 2 levels. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room around the pellet stove on the ground floor. A few steps higher, a magnificent cathedral living room with TV and Wi-Fi, sofa and a 2-seater sofa bed. A comfortable and quiet double bedroom and bathroom. On request, a single mattress can be provided in the mezzanine. We're waiting for you 😉

Notre duplex a été parfaitement pensé pour que chacun puisse se sentir comme à la maison avec le calme, la propreté et une liste d’équipements permettant d’être autonome pour les plus longs séjours, même l’objet permettant de passer de très bons moments conviviaux est présent… Que suis-je ? Nous serons ravis de vous satisfaire dans notre petit cocon crée avec passion selon notre état d’esprit : la bonne humeur.

In our garden...

On the garden floor, at the back of our house, the "chalet": a bed 2 pers, a mezzanine (child from 4 to 10 years), a kitchen area, a bathroom, a toilet. At the end of the garden, the "cabin once upon a time": a bed for 2 people. You sleep in the "chalet" and have amenities in the same place, and/or in the "cabin" and need to cross the garden to have amenities. We can accommodate from 1 to 5 people max. 1 or 3 motorcycles max can be parked in the secure courtyard, car gate.

Lille : 20 minutes en train, 30 minutes en voiture. Pour les balades au vert, l'étang de pêche de Bauvin et les bords de la Deûle sont à 10 minutes à pied.

Comportant un grand salon séjour de plus de 30m2 avec un canapé lit, une cuisine aménagée (plaques, four, micro-ondes), des WC séparés, une chambre avec un lit double et sa salle de douche. A l'entrée du gîte, vous profiterez une petite terrasse et un bar d'été avec son barbecue.

This house has a free parking space, a large living-dining room complete with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with large beds. And a 3rd bedroom, with a single bed. For sunny days, relax in our small shaded courtyard. Please be aware that the stairs to access the rooms are steep.
