Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einem tollen Ausgangspunkt um das Allgäu zu erkunden. Alle Ski & Wandergebiete sind schnell und einfach erreichbar. Der Balkon ist einzigartig und bietet freie Sicht auf Berg und Tal. Gute Straßenanbindung in einer ruhige Lage über halb von Sonthofen mit direkter Stadtbus Anbindung vor der Haustür. Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

Start your day with breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the panoramic mountain views – the perfect retreat for nature lovers and anyone seeking relaxation.

In our cozy apartment you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the mountains. There is an activity for everyone in the holiday region. You can feel comfortable as a couple or as a family. On large living room there is a sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00. In the bedroom (no window to the outside, but enough light), there are 2 new box spring beds. The new bathroom features a shower tub, as well as toillette and sinks.
