Great place to stay

I had a great time staying here. John was really helpful in telling me about the surrounding area and the location was great.

It is close to the metro station and close to DC. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods Market are also nearby. The first departure of the metro is late on Saturdays and Sundays, but the 38B bus stop is also near. I came home late after watching the NBA, but thank you for your warm welcome.

I would recommend anyone to stay. You’ll receive A1 customer service along with great professionalism and promptness. Location is wonderful, amazing view from the roof top and steps to food. It’s was nothing wrong with this book.. absolutely nothing wrong. Great host, great apartment and great price !!

This is a great space! It was my first Airbnb experience and I walked into a lovely clean “studio” but with a full kitchen and full bath. I needed to walk to George Washington hospital and it took me all of 5 minutes. Trader Joe’s is across the street and there’s a Whole Foods right by the hospital along with restaurants. Very easy access in and out of the building. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed E’s place very much! I was in Arlington for work so I didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the apartment but it was the perfect place to fall into bed after a long day but also be able to spread out and get some work done in the morning as well. Everything was very clean, organized and easy to find and it was close to GMU and other nice restaurants and bars.

This is in a neighborhood a ten minute walk from nice restaurants and the subway.

Great stay

Hazem has such a great place and for such an affordable price too. We went during Valentine’s Day/ President’s Day weekend and it was still very affordable. Having the parking spot to leave my car while I take a very cheap Uber into DC was definitely an added bonus to the whole place. I would definitely stay here again!

SUPER close to Georgetown, which was a huge plus for us during our stay. The place was exactly what we were looking for and I liked the benefit of being in a secure location with a doorman and a gate guard.

Great location, very short walk from the pharmacy supermarket and public bicycles. The apartment was really nice, quiet and comfortable. It is perfect for single travelers and couples, however if you have a small children they have an extra bed.

I had to go to D.C. for a visit at the Swedish embassy in the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak. With everything closed I had nowhere to go before the time of check-in but Marsh let me drop of my bag earlier while the place was being cleaned which was very helpful. Communication with Marsh was super smooth, she was very responsive. The place had everything I needed and more. Coffee, sparkling water, chocolate treat etc. The location is great! Super cute neighborhood. I was able to enjoy it walking around even though there were no bars or stores open. I definitely recommend this place and host! If I ever get a chance visit D.C. under more normal circumstances I would not hesitate to book this place again.

Joey’s place was perfect! Amazing location, private space was very clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. Hosts were very friendly and responded quickly. Private fenced in yard In the back which was a nice surprise as it wasn’t pictured in the listing. Couldn’t ask for anything more for the price, this will be our go to spot when we’re back in the Arlington area. Thanks again Joey!!

Host goes above and beyond to make sure everything is how you need and is extraordinarily responsive. This location is primo being a 5 min walk to the metro. Additionally, Chipotle, Potbelly, Target, Safeway, CVS, a nice pasta restaurant are all less than 10 mins. This apartment also has a brand new smart tv with a swivel arm so you can watch on the couch or in bed. Apartment is also equipped with everything needed for long term living. This place is perfect if you’re new to the area or looking to stay just outside DC.

Jim’s place was fantastic and he is the best host I have ever had. The apartment was more spacious than the photographs suggest, with lots of natural light and a good amenities, especially in the kitchen for long term guests cooking regularly. The building is well kept, with access to a gym and a wonderful swimming pool in the summer months. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with a short 10 min walk to Rosslyn metro station. Around Rosslyn are plenty of eateries and a Safeway supermarket, with more restaurants over the bridge in Georgetown. Three metro lines take you into central Washington DC meanwhile the circulator bus is useful for Georgetown and Dupont Circle. Jim was kind enough to show me around the local area and make suggestions for tourist activities and restaurants. If I ever return to Arlington, I would stay here again and again and again!

Jim goes out of his way to make sure that your stay is very comfortable! With my feedback, he made the apartment a better place to be! The gym, pool and the concierge are very nice pluses. The apartment itself is large and comfortable for 2 people with an overnight guest (who would sleep on the couch). Warning: it does get very warm in the winter and cold in the summers so bring appropriate clothes to change into! It is situated within an office-building dominant neighborhood so you need to walk out about 15-20 minutes toward Courthouse or Georgetown for a more shopping/eating/drinking vibe. The fact that it's about 10 minutes to the Rosslyn metro makes it such an idea place-- where all 3 lines (silver, blue, orange) meet before breaking off in two different directions so you never have to wait too long for the next train between Rosslyn and the District. It is also where the 5A bus to/from Dulles stops. I would definitely stay here again, especially for all the running/biking trails around it!

Loved staying at Jim’s apartment, it was exactly what I needed and would return in a heartbeat!

Renting from Jim easy and worry free! It was so nice when I first arrived he took me on a tour of the area so that I knew local spots as well. The apartment was true to pictures and had all amnesties that is needed. I would definitely recommend renting from Jim.

We were very happy to spend six months in Jim's nice apartment in Rosslyn. The place is very convenient and fully equiped. It is a perfect place either to visit Washington DC or to work there for a couple of months. Jim is very nice and welcoming. We would certainly stay at River Place again if we come back to DC !

Charlie and Amy were amazing hosts, and handled my problems in the booking process great. The room is lovely, nice interior and extremely clean. The walls are a little thin, but they provide earplugs for that!

If you're in the Arlington area and need a place for the night or an entire week, I can't recommend Charlie and Amy's place enough. Its close proximity to the nation's capital, coupled with wonderful dining options not far away make this an ideal location. The room is exceptionally comfortable and at night, despite being in the D.C. area, it's absolutely quiet, guaranteeing a good night's sleep.

If you're staying in the D.C. area for any period of time, you owe it to yourself to stay at Amy and Charlie's place. The accommodations are spectacular and the location beyond compare. Additionally, the price point is very reasonable!

Savitri is an incredible host. We booked the apartment at the very last minute after housing on our trip fell through. Savitri responded immediately and was right at the door when we arrived. Amazing stay, wonderful stay start to finish

Cozy, comfortable, and convenient. Set in a beautiful neighborhood, yet just a short walk to the Metro station and all the city has to offer. Amazingly clean place. It was perfect for my quick trip to DC to visit family but also have my own space. Janet was very helpful and flexible as I wasn't sure what time I'd be getting in. And in spite of her VERY CLEAR instructions, I had a little snafu, but she was very understanding and cool about it. Just lovely in every way. Wish I could've stayed longer!

This apartment is wonderful. Perfect location for getting back and forth on the metro. So many nice little touches like warm towels and snacks. If you are in the Arlington or DC areas don’t miss this very comfortable stay.

Janet has super clear instructions so we didn’t have any kind of issue and had everything we needed. The space is incredibly clean and comfortable. We never had to interact so if want to easily pretend the place is all yours you can. The ceiling is lower than average if you’re a really tall person but we really enjoyed our stay! Definitely would come back!

Very nice place. Spacious, private, one bedroom, with fridge, microwave, coffee, table and chairs, TV and comfortable bed. Big, updated, modern bathroom. Very clean and very convenient to downtown, Pentagon, Arlington, etc. Will def stay here again.

What should I start with? I reserved late and Richard was responsive. He also accommodated me checking in after midnight..... The place location and ameninties is a steel for the price. For sure I will always check this place first for any future visit to Wahington.

This was my second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. It is a nice space with easy access to DC and to the Ronald Reagan airport. I plan on staying here again.

This was a great little launching pad to the DC area located in Del Ray. It's situated right off the main drag in Del Ray, which was a great area to walk around it and air ourselves out. Despite closures due to the current Covid-19 situation, there were still several take-out options within walking distance and many walking paths to safely enjoy the outdoors.

Perfect if you are looking for something sweet, quiet and cozy. If you are tall, the ceilings are low.

Very cozy, very warm, with a nice big bathroom, roomy kitchen area, and a very cozy couch. I'll stay here again when visiting the area again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Space was clean and comfortable. We almost forgot we were staying in a part of someone else’s home. The footsteps above us were probably the only reminder. We also loved all of the wonderful restaurants so close, and not quite as close but doable walk to the metro station.

This space is absolutely amazing! Literally 9 min walk to the White House and a stroll to everything thing else! Reyume was an amazing host and was very easy to communicate with about check in and out! I would recommend this for a couple or two best friends that don’t mind sharing a bed for a fun trip to DC you won’t forget! Can’t wait to come back and stay here! Don’t miss out on this gem!!!

This apartment was just what my family was looking for. It had everything we needed and was right in the middle of all the places we wanted to see on our trip. Reyume was available whenever we needed her and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Place is very stylish, feels like your own apartment. She even had a booklet with tips, locals around the neighborhood.

My daughter and I took a quick trip museum hopping and sight seeing in DC and Reyume's place was perfect for us! We were very comfortable walking around the neighborhood by ourselves and everything was within a short walk! We were able to check in a little early, the place was clean and very comfortable, all linens and "extras" were provided like toiletries and even a tablet for guest access. Also I really appreciated that a fan was available for temperature adjustment, but also because I'm a "white noise" sleeper and forgot my own. I did find parking a bit difficult but I found a very nice 24hr garage just on the next block over. I definitely recommend this perfect little location!

Great location for both site seeing or hanging out around the GW campus. Nice place, very easy to sleep 2 and 3 wouldn't have been tough.

This was an adorable apartment in a wonderful location! Great spot for walking around Georgetown.

This little gem is perfect for a family or a small group visiting DC. Located right off Wisconsin Avenue in Georgetown, the apartment sleeps five. Advisory: there is one flight of steps to the apartment and the two bedrooms are up a flight of stairs; the bathroom is at the top (and there's only one bathroom). Spacious kitchen and living room with a sleep sofa. It's super clean with a 4-burner range and oven, a microwave, frig and washing machine. Buses run both ways on Wisconsin and there are great restaurants, bistros and shops in both directions, plus a Safeway and a Trader Joe's about a half mile up Wisconsin. Raul is a great host and was attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!

My sister is a nursing assistant at GW hospital and needed a place to stay temporarily during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hayk was helpful, super kind and hospitable. He offered to upgrade the apartment we booked at not extra cost and was super quick when corresponding with us. My sister was able to walk to and from work and catch-up on sleep between shifts in a clean and comfortable environment. We would stay again for the physical space and the generous host, Hayk. I had a great stay at Hayk's place in Foggy Bottom. The location is ideal near the metro so you can quickly jet anywhere in the DMV. Hayk was super helpful and responsive with the few questions i have. Definitely recommend if ur looking for a place in the area!

Marsh was very attentive. He was quick to respond and has a lovely home. There were lots of nice little touches to make me feel at home. The place is in a very good location and the apartment is very light.

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in Marsh's amazing apartment during the DC stay at home order time. The apartment was carefully sanitized and they felt incredibly safe there. The amazing amenities such as the foosball table and arcade game also kept them nicely entertained. To top it off, they mentioned that the bed was one of the most comfortable they had ever slept in. Marsh was a also a great host and clearly communicated information and quickly answered any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here!

Marsh's place was very fun to stay in. We stayed during quarantine time because my boyfriend and i needed a "staycation". Marsh was excellent about communicating with me during our check-in process. He expressed that a deep cleaning was being done to the space because of these uncertain times, which was GREATLY appreciated. We arrived to a very clean and comfortable space. The location was amazing. It was beautifully quiet for Georgetown. In all, we have a great three days away from home. Thank YOU MARSH!!!

Very cute, super clean, conveniently-located apartment in a nice, pretty neighborhood. In addition to microwave and small refrigerator, plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery are provided should you wish to prepare a snack for yourself. The bed is very comfortable. April responds super-quickly to questions. There are a lot of places to eat close by and there’s a Métro stop a short walk away. This is my second time staying with April, and I would definitely do so again.

This place was exactly as expected. I had a great time and the Matthias made sure I had everything .. The kitchen was fabulous had everything I needed except for a good can opener lol but other then that I would stay here again. This place is perfect for a quiet getaway

Pros: gorgeous location, in the heart of Georgetown. Decent coffee and around the clock in the lobby. The room has everything you need and more. There is an underground parking for $ 40 per day. Have breakfast. No frills, but yes! :) The downside is small: the photo of the room does not correspond to where you will be accommodated. Of course, they discuss this option, but I would like to know exactly what you are booking. The rest is wonderful. Thanks ! I'll be back in the summer.

This place is located right next to Washington Harbor and Georgetown. The staff was pleasant to interact with and accommodating of our needs. We would happily stay again.

Ira’s place was amazing. The location was super convenient and the home was warm and comforting. I travel back up to DC for work frequently and it was like a home away from home. I would definitely stay there again!

Ira's place is awesome, which is why I stayed a second time. Ira was nice and flexible enough to accommodate my last minute request. As soon I knew I had to be in DC, I immediately got in contact since I enjoyed my stay so much the first time. Great building in a great area, and exceeded my cleanliness standards. It'll be my go-to whenever I'm in the area.

I had such a fantastic stay here! The studio was very spacious and had all the amenities you could wish for for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and mini bar that were provided! The hosts are excellent at communicating from the time you make your booking. I met Ira in person for check in and he took the time to show me around the studio and premises and provided us a parking permit for our car. He even checked in with us via text during our stay to make sure everything was okay, and even offered us restaurant recommendations. The location of the studio is so convenient; there are bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the Metro is so easily accessible as well. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect Airbnb experience. Thanks Ira and company for making our stay so pleasant!

Ira's apartment is a very good choice for anyone going to Arlington and DC. I spent 4 days there and it was easy to take the metro, many restaurants around and the apartment was clean, well stocked and have everything for a good stay. Will try to stay there again the next time I go to DC.

An awesome studio apartment in a perfect location. You can simply take the elevator down to the underground shopping area, and walk all the way to the metro. Ira has provided a great spot for accessing all that Crystal City, and Washington DC, have to offer.

This was a great value with zero complications! The bed was very comfortable and Richard was a great host. You can hear noise from the upper floors but for me it wasn’t an issue. I would stay here again.

Perfect place for my need. Traveling nurse work late hours. Private entrance, huge space, private bathroom, quiet dark room, easy parking and checkin. Only thing floors a little squeaky when people walking upstairs. Didn’t bother me at all though. Earplugs and slept right through it! Thanks again Richard I had a great stay and would highly recommend your place to anyone.

Zack’s place was the best location I could get for my stay in DC. It was close to all the places I need to visit during my trip. A block away there are great places for quick bites and has food trucks during the weekdays. The studio was sparking clean and would def stay again.

We had a great stay at Zack's place. The apartment complex is very centrally located, close to a Rosslyn metro and many shops and restaurants. The complex has nice amenities and the building is secure. Zack's apartment was bright, sunny and clean. A wonderful stay!

This place is great . Amazing value and a cheap Uber to the city. Way more cozy and homey than getting a hotel room. Easy to get into.

Best price for a place near DC and Courthouse. The room is small but serves the purpose, especially if you intend to be outside most of the time. Very clean and simple place. You gonna get the basic stuff like towels, shampoo and a small disc. Lixue is very friendly host.

Natascha's place is wonderful! It's super clean and pretty. Easy to find and close to restaurants and shops, but still private. The bed is so comfortable. We can't wait to come back.

The beautiful, quaint townhome is ideally located on a private and quiet street in Georgetown (a rarity in the city, in general). The home is depicted on this site as it really is: clean, well-located, cozy, a working fireplace, and has every little thing that you need while staying for a while in DC. I will definitely be staying in this great, little cozy place the next time I am in DC.

Great place for a low price

I loved the apartment, the bathroom and kitchen were beautifully done. And the entire space was refined and relaxing. The bed was the right amount of soft with great pillows and sheets. I loved this Airbnb and would be extremely happy to have the opportunity to stay there again.

The building is absolutely beautiful, very clean and stylish set up. Host was amazing at communicating, I never had to worry about hearing back when I had any questions. Everything was laid out and labeled for us when we arrived, had complete privacy and we even stayed another night because it was such a great space.
