If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Come and discover the old Plô du Roy mill dating from 1484 that we have completely renovated. Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. La Métairie

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in a preserved and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This recently renovated Lauragais residence, steeped in history, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80 m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor areas.

The apartment at the Alzeau outlet

In a village in the heart of the Black Mountain, we will be happy to welcome you to our home. Ideally located between lake and river, it will be perfect for enjoying nature, fishing, hiking but also visiting the essentials of our region: the city of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the castles of Lastours and many others.
