Our place is out in the country but still close town. Your room is separate from the house. It has a comfy double bed, ensuite shower and toilet and small kitchenette in the connecting laundry with microwave, mini fridge and toaster. Tea and freshly ground coffee are provided in your room. We have two acres of paddocks and gardens with friendly farm animals for you to meet and lots of native birds. Three cafes in Ashhurst or 12 mins away in Palmy and Feilding. Country seclusion

This accomodation is in a secluded country area but only 15mins from the centre of Palmerston North city and only 5 minutes from the Palmerston North air port. The dwelling consists of an open plan kitchen dining lounge area, a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed and a seperate bathroom consisting of a toilet shower and vanity unit. There is also a fold out couch in the lounge which turns into a double bed .We have chocolate lab dog Tui who roams freely around the property and is friendly

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

A private stand-alone sleepout- Close to CBD

Our place is a family home, very close to city centre of about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to plaza, restaurants, supermarkets, public parks and so on. Still, the place is quiet and relaxing. It has its own private bathroom and a big private parking space. The bus stop is just outside the compound gate, so handy for those who want to visit Massey University and the nearby places. The sleep-out is suitable for a single person or two individuals, couples or family with children.
