The "grottino" is a small independent house consisting of two premises: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with large garden for guests. It is 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno. The shops are a few kilometers away.
