Nowdays only 200 people live here. My father renovated the ancient family house: a two floor old Stone house with a gorgeous view on the Calabrian Sea. It's perfect for a couple who is discovering the old tradition of Calabria. Important: The only way to get to our house in Pietrapaola is by car. No public transport or taxi

Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a fireplace complete with appliances, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large porch, and an outdoor barbecue. Given the location, you can get to the Lao gorges for rafting, Mount Pollino for hiking and the Latronico thermal baths in a few minutes

The breathtaking view overlooks the Ionian Sea and the Raganello Valley. The apartment is structured on two levels. The second level is an attic with a double bed and panoramic views. First level instead large room with panoramic terrace. The bathroom is spacious with shower and bidet.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. A beautiful energy remains in each stone ... It will be a pleasure to share all this with you.

It has a large bedroom, a single room, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. A convenient parking lot is 200 meters from the house.

The Una Finestra sul Mare vacation home is a tourist facility of about 60 square meters, located in the hills (C/da S. Venere) at an altitude of 260 meters above sea level, 3 km from the sea and 5 km from the town connected to them by a country road.

200 metres from the sea, a villa with ample space and all amenities, suitable for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The accommodation is surrounded by a large garden completely fenced for the safety of children and furry friends. You must use a car to get to the house. The beach is public and can be reached either on foot or by car via a private road.
