Villa Franca

Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a fireplace complete with appliances, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large porch, and an outdoor barbecue. Given the location, you can get to the Lao gorges for rafting, Mount Pollino for hiking and the Latronico thermal baths in a few minutes

Independent apartment, equipped with all amenities located in the heart of the historic center. Renovated while leaving the characteristics of the past intact. The materials are wood and stone.
