Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

The apartment consist of the 1st floor: Access to private toilet 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, hallway with some storage facilities.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Perfectly located with approx. 5 minutes walk to both Trondheim Torg, Øya/Nidelven, and to the lake. Inside, it is uniquely designed with a curved wall and oval window in the living room. 66 sqm, spacious with high ceilings and 17 sqm bedroom. Good size bathroom. Decorated with a mix of classic retro furniture and modern furniture. The living room has a nice view of Steinåsen. Excellent access to public transport, with a short bus ride to, for example, Bymarka or Solsiden.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a quiet block in a peaceful neighborhood. Here you get both proximity to nature and easy access to the city. Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location in Trondheim. The apartment is located on Møllenberg, a unique and charming three-storey area with buildings from the late 1800s. Short distance to shops, bakery and cafe/restaurants. Only a 20 min walk to the city center. The apartment is not big, but you have what you need for shorter or longer stays.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
