This spacious barn, tastefully renovated, will enchant you with its location in the heart of nature, in a preserved setting. This old farmhouse from 1824, typically Auvergne with an area of 250 m 2 is located in the heart of the Margeride forest at an altitude of 928 m in a peaceful hamlet. 18 months of renovation allowed us to preserve the authenticity of this house, beams, wooden floors, cantou sink wall in Auvergne stone, traditional furniture, decorations of old objects that highlight our fauna, flora, our activities and our cultures, a simplicity and authenticity emerges from the places.

Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, separate toilet. The buron is located 400 m from the road, accessible by car.

To rest after a beautiful day of walks on our many paths or after an excursion on the Tuyère, a river passing under the magnificent Garabit Viaduct, located a 5-minute drive away. And plenty of other things to see, do, experience... good times to share with family or friends.

The "Patou", an integral part of the "Laperade" estate, is a one bedroom apartment completely renovated in respect of its origins and history. It also has a large balcony overlooking the Coussane stream and facing a garden that has preserved, among others... a few century-old vineyards. This apartment, ideally exposed, is located in the historic center of one of the most beautiful villages in France, at the foot of Estaing Castle.
