House holiday rentals in Rutland

We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend here with a large group for my sister's lowkey bachelorette party. Even with a day of non-stop pouring rain, we were perfectly content with staying in and enjoying the coziness of the house. We had a blast watching the chickens roam around and hanging out with the overly-friendly barn cats while we sat outside. The goats & pigs were happy to greet us at the fence every time. The hot tub and pool were perfect! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a beautifully scenic and peaceful getaway. Thanks, Sarah & BBVF team!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short drive to Lake George Village and only 10 minutes from a wedding we attended in Queensbury. The house itself is absolutely beautiful; the photos don’t do it justice. It was even better in person—clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Would definitely stay here again!

Ashley was super friendly and responsive and her place was as described with everything I need and more to make me feel right at home. Would love to stay here again. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place!

Words can’t describe the experience we had this weekend. Linda was the best host we have ever worked with and the place was extraordinary to say the least! Extremely clean, comfortable and well located! Kid friendly and close to downtown! We will highly recommend it to friends and family and if we could leave more stars than a 5-star review we would! Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. P.S. the new stove/oven is amazing!! 🤩

Andreas place was gorgeous and looked just like the pictures. The house was clean and organized and the backyard was wonderful to relax in.

9 adults and 3 children all met up for a family weekend! We came from NY, NH and Maine! The house was perfect! Plenty of room to gather or separate! Even tho it was a chilly rainy weekend the kids managed to get in plenty of pool time! Tanya was very responsive and Melvin was the greatest! Our first morning he came right over to fix a slow drain. Had an absolutely great stay! Cant say enough great things about it. The house was super clean, was cozy and felt right at home. The home was placed in the perfect location, only 10 minutes from Killington and was very private. It had a nice outdoor area, with a nice creek, an outdoor patio and large outdoor space.

My sisters and I stayed at Mary’s place in Rutland, VT. Everything about the accommodation was terrific. The home has a nicely designed interior with lovely front and back porch and welcoming yard. Very comfortable sleeping, wonderful bedding and pillows, great showers, super kitchen and great location. Thank you, Mary!

Fabulous place! Really a fun and one of a kind place to stay! Everything you need is right there making it an ideal place for overnights or travel but with more character and privacy than a hotel. Just be warned the bed is extremely comfortable and may require a xtra motivation to get out of in the morning :)

Six of us were at Daniels' house for a golf weekend and it was perfect! Plenty of space and places to sleep. We will definitely book this place again the next time we are in the area.

We had a great time in Vermont and the home was exactly as described. Absolutely beautiful and central to many activities. Alexandra was very responsive whenever I had any questions about the area. Would definitely recommend!

Daniel’s home was exactly as described, with plenty of room for our family reunion of 6 adults. It was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and everything you would need for a vacation stay! Close to restaurants and bars downtown (definitely walkable) and very convenient location if you are heading out for the day to see local sites - or to ski at Pico or Killington. The home is in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. The water pressure was excellent, with plenty of hot water and the amenities were great: including a great Keurig coffee machine with plenty of choices already in the cupboard. We all loved the pool table! And the smart tv was excellent for those that wanted to watch a movie and check out sports & news. Also, the 4 bedrooms were large with ample closets and storage. If you are headed to the Rutland area, and their Airbnb is available - grab it, you’ll be glad you did!

The Madden home was all of the luxury of a hotel combined with the warm feeling of being at home! The house was very spacious and the lack of clutter made it feel less like staying in someone else’s house and more like being in a fancy hotel suite.

Exceptional experience! This is one of the relaxing place I have ever been! Large windows give you sense of experience living in nature. The stunning view gives you awesome feeling in any weather conditions.The house is nice, clean and equipped with pretty much everything. They have all the utensils for cooking and lots of toys for kids both indoor and outdoor. They also have paddles boat and kayak to use at anytime ! In addition, Brian is very respectful, responsible and quick to respond for any questions. All together Feel like you live in your own house. Great vacation spot without any doubt.

What a perfect weekend. We were struck by how clean and fresh the house was when we entered, finding it welcoming, comfortable, cozy and well appointed. Charles was an amazing host. He filled the house with welcoming touches like snacks, soft drinks, coffee supplies, as well as bathroom amenities in case we forgot our own. The front deck is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the evening, and I hope to come back when the new back deck is completed. A perfect place to stay, we truly felt like we were in a home away from home.

Location, Location! This was a great location and kept us right in the middle of where we needed to be. Everything was close by. The place was clean and welcoming, just as described. We appreciate everything our host provided.
