Design is a mix of beach cottage with contemporary accents. 2 Blocks to beautiful Ocean Avenue to watch gorgeous California sunsets or walk to beach. 2 Blocks to Montana Avenue shopping and cafes. Close to Promenade and Metrolink. Unbeatable Location ! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The bungalow is a separate guesthouse but owners are present on the property in the main house. Outside table with a bench and chairs are perfectly located for morning coffee lunch or evening cocktail. We live in the front house so feel free to reach out to us with any questions and/or concerns regarding your stay. Leave the car behind - the beach, restaurants, cafes, and shops, are all an easy walk away. Rent a bike nearby to explore further. Watch the sunset over the water from Ocean Avenue, 2 blocks away, while Metrolink and Promenade are also close. I had a wonderful stay at Adrian’s place. The guest suite was a perfect place to relax and unwind after a big cycling trip down the coast. The bed was super comfy and Adrian went above and beyond in his hospitality. There is a Trader Joe’s, coffee shop, and plenty of restaurants just steps away from the house, with the beach just a short Uber ride away. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend!

Marlon and Jonathan are genuinely kind and attentive hosts who clearly put care into everything they do. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and has a peaceful, homey feel. Their dog is super cute and derpy and loves pets, and the toddler and baby girl bring a joyful energy to the place. There’s also a long-term tenant on the property — a sweet and gentle grandmother. She's wonderful. It felt like being at home with my own family. I’m grateful for the experience and would happily recommend staying here to anyone looking for a kind-hearted, welcoming environment. Good soundproofing. I never once heard the baby while in my room. The location is also good. Quiet neighborhood, feels quite safe. It's a 5-min walk to the bus stop at Culver and Centinela, and about 15 minutes walk the other direction to a lovely park that includes tennis courts, basketball court, and a dog park where you can go and play with the puppies.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot in Santa Monica! The room felt extremely private and comfortable — it truly felt like our own little retreat. Jamil and his wife were incredibly welcoming and kind, striking the perfect balance of being available and hospitable while also giving us complete privacy. Their warm energy made the stay feel even more enjoyable. The location was great, the space was clean and cozy, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful and friendly place in Santa Monica!

Perfect stay if you are looking for a prime location near the ocean with many food and coffee options, good parking, and easy access to others part of LA and the greater SoCal area. The space is cozy and efficient, and Pei is extremely friendly, quiet, and responsive via text. I enjoyed my 5 night stay thoroughly!

I came to LA for 12 days, and it was the best 12 days of my life. The room is beautiful, the area is completely safe and clean, everything is in the near: groceries, restaurants, the Santa Monica Beach and Pier, bus stations, metro station. The room, the kitchen and the bathroom is also perfectly clean, the bed is very comfy, the host was the nicest person I met in LA, helpful, always available if I had questions, recommended good restaurants and groceries. I can only recommend this place if you want an affordable but super comfy and clean place to stay, close to literally everything. Thank you for everything, hopefully I will come back soon :)
