Our family-friendly new-build vacation home has a kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen, two bedrooms on the first floor. A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the upper floor is the cozy sleeping and play area for children and another sleeping area. The terrace invites you to linger. The property has a total of 5 smart TVs, Wi-Fi, an internet radio and two free parking spaces right next to the house. The place is fully air-conditioned.

The house has three floors and a living area of 140 m². On the first floor there is a hallway and a guest toilet, as well as a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A terrace with seating with a grill and private garden are provided. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed.
