Beachfront holiday rental in Russian River

We loved our stay and will book again! The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen. It has amazing views and is walkable to excellent hiking trails and downtown Jenner. Next time, we will rent kayaks and paddle on the Russian River.

This is our second time staying here and we’ll probably come again! It’s so peaceful. The property is beautiful with plenty of space for our dogs to run, my son had a great time playing basketball and my husband launched his kayak right onto the lake for a weekend of fishing. Amelia goes above and beyond and is so helpful. We loved the personalized card and snacks. Definitely would recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place. It was serene, green and peaceful. It was a cosy log cabin with the feel of yesterday years with its vintage gadgets. We loved it and spend a relaxing weekend there. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a calming peaceful time on the banks of the Russian river. Jennifer is a great host.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Beautiful place and beautiful views. Perfect for a getaway with a small family. I already can see us coming back here. They had fishing rods in the apartment and the dock is below the house so it’s a great activity for folks who want to enjoy the place, do a few low key activities. We had internet issues but Quincy was very prompt to help us out and get it fixed. I recommend this place for a nice getaway with family

We stayed with our 2 children, 10 and 14, for 4 nights. It was a very nice get away. The lake was so tranquil, and we loved watching the pelicans gliding over the lake. The place was nice, clean, as described. Each room has a large LG TV that with programming. Recommend it.

We had such an AMAZING stay. We actually eloped on the property and Anne was a fantastic host. She was super helpful and accommodating. The property is beautiful. Inside the home is very cozy and clean. The view is surreal, and if you are looking for true serenity, this place is a must. It’s extremely peaceful, quiet, and private. We immediately felt right at home. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary cookware and spices. Cannot recommend this place enough not just for a weekend getaway, but perhaps for your special day too.

We were looking for a peaceful spot to spend my birthday with our dogs and Toni’s place did not disappoint! The hot tub on the deck was perfect and the gated deck was great peace of mind for us to let our dogs relax outside without worry while we soaked. It was a bit too chilly for any real river time but Toni made sure we had access to it after a tree had fallen onto her typical path, which was very thoughtful. We’ll definitely be back!

Exceeded expectations and would definitely stay again. Great hosts with clear and defined instructions that made the check in/ check out and over all stay nice and easy

The view was amazing and it was so close to the bluff trails. The sleeping arrangements were great, the room with the two single beds was a nice surprise with its own deck. There was plenty of wood for the fireplace which really warmed up the place.

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

The house and the surroundings were beautiful as described. We had a great time with our family. Had a great price. Just a Few things that can be improved. 1. Checking process was not ideal. we had to drive 16 miles from the house, back and forth, to pick up a paper package with no important info in it. The lock box code given online was wrong. No Internet connection. Luckily the house WiFi worked in the parking lot without password. 2. Coffee maker and bbq were dirty and not functioning properly. Overall, we recommend this house.

House was great - this is our second time staying here so we obviously like it a lot. Everything was what we expected and the area is one of my favorites on the coast. The only thing I would ask that they update/install are better curtains for the windows in the bedrooms - up to par with normal hotel curtains - options for blackout, easy to operate, etc. The way the house is designed, there are many windows that either don't have curtains, or have curtains but are older blinds that are hard to operate and don't offer any light protection. I'd also love to be able to call the local Vacasa office if we have issues (normally we are directed to a foreign call center). Other than this, we loved our stay and would be back. Holly, the local Vacasa office manager, is lovely!

We had a wonderful time during our weekend stay! The view is absolutely gorgeous, the photos in the listing don't truly do it justice! It's also very easy to access the walking path along the shoreline. We also took full advantage of the wood-burning fireplace (there was plenty of wood supplied). My only negatives with this place were that 1) the beds aren't very comfy... the mattresses seem quite old and 2) there were a good deal of ants so you have to be careful about leaving anything edible out. Other than those small things, very highly recommend!

Exactly as described/pictured. Super easy checkin in and very responsive host who also kindly offered local recommendations that also were great. Winter trip so no jumping in the lake or swimming in pool but still had great time fishing from the property, soaking in hot tub after hiking, roasted s’more’s in fire-pit (bring your own wood) and calming lake views while playing board games/eating. Family is already asking when can we go back….

This home in Sea Ranch was amazing! Not as updated as others, but everything worked just fine and the location was unbeatable. A nice 10 minute walk to the Lodge with trails leaving right out of the back door.

We loved how easily accessible the lake is with your own dock and a launch not too far away. Our kids loved the Lilly pad, slide and kayaks provided! There were also a lot of life jackets available which was nice. The bottle of wine and complimentary tastings at a local winery was a nice touch! I loved the boho decor and there was plenty of amenities in the kitchen. We will definitely be back another time :)

This place is everything you could want for a fishing trip and more! I surprised my husband for his birthday with a stay in Cottage #5, and he loved every minute of it. The views were stunning morning and night, and the dock was just steps from the door—he fished from sunrise to sunset! We grilled steaks and had dinner by the water, and I enjoyed peaceful morning coffee with a view. The cottage was cozy and had all the basics we needed. The bed deserves its own shoutout—super comfortable! No TV, but we brought a projector and watched movies in the living room. Just a heads-up: there were a lot of bugs, which is expected in nature, so definitely bring bug spray. We had to DoorDash some along with candles, though not sure how much they helped. Overall, it was a relaxing and fun trip. We loved it and are already thinking about making this a yearly tradition. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful fishing getaway!

This lake house was perfect in every way! Both the inside and outside were amazing, offering the ideal getaway. The view of the moon at night reflecting on the lake was breathtaking, casting a beautiful shadow over the water. You see wildlife surroundings and also birds which migrates during the winter. From the bedroom, the view was absolutely fantastic it’s the kind of scenery that makes you feel completely relaxed and at peace. Overall staying here felt like therapy for the soul. It’s definitely worth every moment and I highly recommend it !!

We had a lovely stay at the Vacasa Bodega Bay house, check in was easy and the house had plenty of room for our group. We did have toddlers and there are a lot of stairs in the house - something to be aware of with young children or folks with mobility issues. The house was clean, and had a beautiful ocean view. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and was an easy walk to the beach. We also walked to the Pinnacle Gulch trail and hiked to Pinnacle Rock beach which was really fun, and great for families, lots of fun tide pools at the beach. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing and watching the stars in the evening. I would stay again and recommend as a relaxing vacation spot.

A great place for a family holiday

The place was an oasis away from the busyness of life. My wife did not want to go anywhere during the day. She and the family loved it! We hope to return soon.
