Escape to Riverview Landing — a serene, spacious retreat with a stunning pool, lush private subtropical gardens, and a private boat ramp in the Waipapa Landing Basin for kayaking the Kerikeri Inlet. Stylishly furnished, the home offers comfortable spaces to easily accommodate eight, plus a fully equipped kitchen for a relaxing, carefree stay. Located in central Paihia, this studio apartment is newly decorated and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. A fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized fridge, and a private garden area to relax in after a busy day exploring. A short walk (less than 1k) to shops, bars, cafes, wharf, ferry to Russell etc. Two beaches within walking distance. This small friendly apartment complex also has a communal swimming pool which you are free to use.

Malcolm (retired Architect/builder) and Penny (retired dance teacher) started building this house in 2014. Built to provide comfortable shelter, whatever the weather, with sweeping views of the Bay of Islands. Peace and tranquility yet 1.5 kms from the centre of Russell and 2.5kms from the beautiful Long Beach. We look forward to sharing it with you and telling you about all our favourite places, walks and things to do in the area.

This charming, very private, self-contained cottage is set in the middle of our organic citrus orchard, just 5 km outside of Kerikeri. Quiet, very spacious grounds, pool, friendly animals and everything you need to relax and explore the area. It's full insulation, double glazed windows, heat pump/aircon and mosquito screens make it the perfect base to explore all the beautiful sights the Bay of Island has to offer.
