This is one of our favorite stopovers when we go through the area. Donna's place is so beautiful and unique. It is within walking distance to both a cute downtown area and the Virginia Creeper Trail. The house itself is gorgeous, and Donna has done an excellent job renovating this amazing old house with modern appointments. She is a wonderful host, and getting in and around is always a breeze. I will always stay here when I am in the area.

This is my favorite place to stay of all the Airbnbs I have ever stayed. It has all the amenities one could ever ask for, and location, location, location is so perfect. It is within walking distance to so many great places to eat, shop, and visit. The gardens are picturesque and inspiring. Everything has a tender touch and makes for a great memory. This was our second time staying at Jennifer’s place in Abingdon and we’ve loved it both times! We come down as a group of 8-9 runners annually to participate in a local race on the Creeper Trail and love the many beds, bathrooms, two kitchens, and lovely indoor and outdoor communal spaces for socializing. Plus you’re walking distance to excellent local restaurants while still finding the peace and relaxation of a quiet neighborhood retreat with a lovely creek running through the backyard. Can’t recommend Jennifer’s place enough!

Of all of the Airbnb’s that I have stayed in, brandy has definitely been the most responsive and kind! This place was so adorable, kitchen was fully stocked, so I was able to make an awesome meal, and have a nice little weekend getaway with my partner. I also loved the drive in, so beautiful!

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing in this home. We took advantage of sitting by the creek, enjoying the afternoon and catching up with family. There was banana bread, juice, coffee and cream upon arrival which meant we didn’t have to go to the store - bonus! Our host was very communicative and answered any questions quickly. We would return to this rental if we ever found ourselves in Abingdon again.

The Gather Inn was the perfect location for my birthday celebration. A beautiful old home within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Abingdon. Donna was a wonderful host and we felt right at home. The space was very clean. We would definitely book with her again.
