Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ruskin

We loved our stay here! My kids especially loved the private pool and used it daily! Easy to get inside. A nice binder with local recommendations. Lots of games for the kids. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate booking there again in the future.

The house exceeded out expectations and was beautiful! The house was super clean and very well stocked for anything you might want to do right down to pool floats and firewood for the fire pit by the dock. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Great communication and wonderful location. Accommodations as advertised. Several manatees playing in the water right behind the unit, enjoyed that from our patio. Great bar and restaurant walking distance. Would definitely return.

Everything was perfect. Robert has thought of everything and provided anything you would need for a short stay. Great location by park for pup, fenced in little porches so you can sit out with your pup or kids. Easy walking distance to dinner and drinks. Instructions were clear and host was responsive. Even though I am a local I would seriously consider staying again for a staycation. Thank you!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay! Kenny (hosts) were the best I’ve ever had—incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed (and more). He went above and beyond to make sure my trip was comfortable and memorable. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this experience really stood out. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Thank you again for everything!

Beautiful place! Worked out perfect for our large group. Had everything we needed, excellent location, pool was perfect! Basketball court in garage was a huge success! Would stay here again in the future.

Just what we needed and centrally located between Tampa Bay and great MTB trails. I only wish the split AC was a bit stronger, but it was not bad. Place was clean and quiet.

Anubuy was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They made sure we felt right at home, and their attention to detail really stood out. I stayed a few nights during the week, so this spot was really affordable and convenient. It is impeccably CLEAN, and the open concept kitchen/living area is really nice and well-stocked. The decorations and linens really make the place stand out like a magazine cover. It’s obvious that they take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home. I met the cleaning lady on the way out, and she was super friendly and asked how my stay was. I can tell everyone here is super helpful and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Parking was super easy, too. And there’s an IHOP within walking distance the street for those late night pancake runs! Many thanks! I highly recommend.

Stayed here when working for Metallica in Tampa over the weekend I was there. Overall the location was decent with a lot of things close by. You definitely will need a car or Uber around but was overall a good experience. The Ac unit in the room did leak water the first day I was there but the host handled it very quickly and got it situated.

Emily went above and beyond what I expected. I needed a cooler to go to the beach, and she also provided us with beach chairs. The house has everything you could need. There are board games. The Wi-Fi works great. I didn't use the kitchen, but it's fully equipped. I'll be back soon. Thank you so much, Emily, for your kindness and prompt response 😊

The location was close to the places we attended for a wedding. Host was very informative and provided recommendations of places to go and things to do. We will be repeat guests.

Lovely little spot to stay. Very clean, peaceful and quiet. I found the location to be great also. Close to a lot of stuff.

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
