Great house, away from civilization and hammor. Plenty of points of interest within an hour's drive radius. For example, we went to Shipit Falls and Synevir. Alexander is a pleasant and hospitable host. Prepared a trampoline and sandbox for our kids. And we were treated with real wine. His parents live in the neighborhood and you can buy fresh eggs, forest honey and other natural local products .

One of the greatest and friendliest hosts I’ve ever encountered. You can get a home meal and great hospitality, will definitely come back here ones again.

The cabin is just great😃 First we rented just two nights, but then rented for another week 😅 Very spacious, nice, has everything you need. There is gas in the kitchen, so cooking is completely independent of light. Also it's warm in the house. The second floor is a little cooler, but the temperature is just so comfortable to sleep (besides, the blankets are also warm). There is a river noise outside the window, so before you go to bed, there will always be a white noise that will help you fall asleep (if you have problems with that). There is always water in the house (which is important now😅) and it is spring, so you can drink from the tap. It is very calm and safe around (we had an antenna on the street and the maximum that threatened it was rain or snow😁). It is also very nice (we were in winter, and in summer it's probably even better), within walking distance of Lake Synevir, and so you can walk there almost every day. The only thing worth considering is that mobile communication does not work well in this area when there is no light, but it is nowhere to be found here - enjoy nature 😍

I really liked it. We stayed there with the whole family with a baby. In the middle of the house, you can find all the kitchen utensils everywhere,even there was everything for the grill. There was a heated swimming pool in the yard (+30),in the middle it is a little cold (+25),there is a savannah but we did not heat up in the hot season. The room has air conditioning,clean towels,TV. There are sun loungers, aswing, beads inthe yard. You can even order food delivery to the address quickly. The owner is polite to listen to the wishes when able to help in resolving the issue. I definitely liked everything. We recommend it!!!
