Basement: Utility room with washing machine/dryer, TV/billiard room, bathroom with sauna. The house is situated at an altitude of 1200 m. Adjacent is the Schladming ski resort and the Galsterberg family ski resort. Great hiking & mountain bike routes start at the house.

Equipped with 3 bedrooms, each with a large double bed, 2 bedrooms also have a comfortable sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, toilet, a large, comfortable kitchen and your own sauna in the garden, nothing is left to be desired. The ski bus stops 50 m from the house and takes you comfortably to the entrance to the 4-mountain ski area.

My place is close to the Hauser-Kaibling ski resort with great views of the Scheichenspitze and Kufstein. Sole use and the fantastic location are the basis for your activities (skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, mountain biking, etc.) You'll relax superbly and therefore love my place.
