No riscaldamento, solo camini e stufa a pellet. No aria condizionata, solo pale e ventilatori. Animali ammessi. Possibilità di incontrare animali selvatici, soprattutto la notte, tipo daini, tassi, cinghiali, volpi, ghiri e scoiattoli.
