Newly-built cottage in Spjuterum on eastern Öland. With 4 beds and its own small terrace. Rented for a maximum of 3 nights. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower. Upper floor (quite steep stairs) with small double bed and sofa bed in the living room. Duvets and pillows are available, bring your own bed linens and towels. Final cleaning is done by the tenant before departure. Pet-free and smoke-free. The cottage is located on the plot next to our house. Located in the middle of Öland, perfect if you want to explore the whole island.

The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here, it's so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

At the back of the house, there is a private, secluded place for lovely barbecue evenings and relaxation. It is about 20 km to the ferry port and 30 km to Borgholm. We live about 4 km from Bjärbybadet, a nice and popular sandy beach. There are also many other beaches nearby. Welcome to Öland! One double bed and two rooms with single beds. Living room upstairs. Karlevi is a cozy Öland village located next to the landborgskanten about 10 km south of Ölandsbron. During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is located in the cultivated landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.
