The 37 m2 independent apartment is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our home. It has a bedroom with sheets, bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, 2 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with oven+microwave, fridge, espresso machine. There are all the shops nearby, the Sunday morning market at 90 m, the train station at 200 m, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

The house is very comfortable for 8 people and sleeps a maximum of 14 people. Ideal home for large families and friends. This air-conditioned loft is unique, it is located in the heart of the historic center while being quiet at the bottom of a courtyard close to the Hospices. It has an incredible view of Place Carnot and even the Hospices bell tower. We have completely renovated and decorated it with quality noble materials. This large spacious modern property is set amongst its own vineyards and has its own heated pool (open mid May to end September). The house is in a great location to explore the famous Burgundy vineyards and also the Cote Chalonais. Beaujolais is less than 1 hours drive away. Fancy a break from wine then there are plenty of options within a short drive. The accommodation can be extended to sleep 8 with a double sofa bed in the study area.

At the crossroads of Santenay, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the Maranges Valley, this charming 17th century winemaker's home will comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children over 12 years old. Located amid vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
