Near Ruka, on the shore of Lake Suininki, there is a new luxury kelo log property. The main building has sleeping places for 8 people. The building has two bedrooms, a spacious loft, a remote work area, a sauna, a changing and washing area, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the shore of the lake, there is a large Lappish hut and a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-fired heater. The property is suitable for those with luxurious tastes and for a peaceful holiday. Ruka is about a 20-minute drive away, and Kuusamo city centre is about 20 minutes away.

Two lift tickets are included for the duration of the stay. Talviranta offers a peaceful cottage experience by the water. The terrace opens up to a lake view and the dock is accessible for swimming. In winter, the maintained ski trail runs on the ice, connecting to a large ski trail network, and you can walk over the ice to the nearest ski lift. The loft and downstairs provide large double beds and a sofa bed in the living room for more space for families and small groups. A sauna, washing machine and well-equipped kitchen make it easy to stay after outdoor activities.

Cozy log cabin semi-detached house near the center of Ruka. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave) and comprehensive dishes. Downstairs in the cottage, the living room-kitchen is an open space and there is one bedroom with a double bed. Attic upstairs with separate sleeping areas at the ends. One with a sofa bed and the other with two separate beds. Wi-Fi connection, air heat pump, 11kw charger with type2 connector (electricity is charged separately). A short distance to the ski trail from the yard of the cottage!

The apartment is in the top location of East Ruka on the slope, at ground level, on the side of the slope in a sunny location. From the door straight to the ski slope. All of these are 100m away: Gondola, Rosa&Rudolf Familypark, Skibus stop, RukaValley restaurants, ticket sales & rental, K-Market (open during the winter season). Restaurant SkiBooster in the neighboring house, which also has a sauna during the winter season, but you can check the opening hours online. Gondola easily to Rukakeskus. From here you can get directly to the slopes, trails, restaurants, shops and services without a car. The spacious three-bedroom apartment offers stunning views of the village and the mountains – a location that cannot be surpassed in Ruka.

Quiet and well-equipped cottage in Ruka

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

The exterior of the cabin is framed by snow-covered pine trees, with a clear path leading to the entrance. Large glass windows invite natural light, reflecting the serene winter landscape. Soft layers of snow blanket the ground, creating a tranquil and inviting environment.
