Cozy log cabin semi-detached house near the center of Ruka. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave) and comprehensive dishes. Downstairs in the cottage, the living room-kitchen is an open space and there is one bedroom with a double bed. Attic upstairs with separate sleeping areas at the ends. One with a sofa bed and the other with two separate beds. Wi-Fi connection, air heat pump, 11kw charger with type2 connector (electricity is charged separately). A short distance to the ski trail from the yard of the cottage!

Fell apartment in Ruka

This special place is close to everything, which makes it easier to plan your visit. Talvijärvi ski lift 250 m and Rukakylä services, e.g. restaurants, shops, taxi station... within walking distance. The ski trail is next door, from where you can access all the ski trails in the Ruka area. There are ski trails for active and fitness skiers. View of Talvijärvi from the balcony. The common ski maintenance area is in the F-house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Linen and cleaning are included in the price.

The stylishly decorated Move and Rest Chalet offers the best setting for year-round activities and relaxation in the shelter of an old forest near the slopes of Ruka. On the adjacent Vuosselijärvi circular route, you can ski, walking and cycling all year round. From the huge landscape window, you can admire the ancient forest and the northern lights, and you can spend memorable moments together in the barbecue hut or sauna.

Lumi Chalet is a high-quality and exceptionally good corner apartment right in the heart of Ruka village, right next to the front slopes. The apartment has been renovated and furnished to a high standard in autumn 2024 – all surfaces, furniture and beds are new. From here you can get directly to the slopes, trails, restaurants, shops and services without a car. The spacious three-bedroom apartment offers stunning views of the village and the mountains – a location that cannot be surpassed in Ruka.

Quiet location on the shore of the beautiful Ylä-Juumajärvi, about 2 km from Juuma village, 3 km from Pieni Karhunkierros, near Oulanka National Park. Nearby are wonderful nature sites: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs, etc. You can make day trips to nearby destinations. The beach sauna is at your disposal and we will advise you on how to heat it. WiFi available. The price includes linens and towels for three.

The cabin grounds include a spacious barbecue hut, where you can enjoy cooking on a fire in winter or summer. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are always included with the rental price.

Villa Light

A holiday home located near the shore of Lake Kesäjärvi. The windows of the apartment offer a wide view of Lake Kesäjärvi. The kitchen window also offers a view of the open marsh. In winter, you can go skiing directly from the cottage yard. The groomed cross-country ski trail is about 200 m away. You can also set off on a snowmobile trail directly from the yard. In summer, you can start a hiking trail directly from the yard. There is a jetty and a rowboat on the shore.

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
