This special place is close to everything, which makes it easier to plan your visit. Talvijärvi ski lift 250 m and Rukakylä services, e.g. restaurants, shops, taxi station... within walking distance. The ski trail is next door, from where you can access all the ski trails in the Ruka area. There are ski trails for active and fitness skiers. View of Talvijärvi from the balcony. The common ski maintenance area is in the F-house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Linen and cleaning are included in the price.

You will stay safely in a separate apartment with its own entrance. Quiet location on the shore of the beautiful Ylä-Juumajärvi, about 2 km from Juuma village, 3 km from Pieni Karhunkierros, near Oulanka National Park. Nearby are wonderful nature sites: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs, etc. You can make day trips to nearby destinations. The beach sauna is at your disposal and we will advise you on how to heat it. WiFi available. The price includes linens and towels for three.

Talvella huollettu latu kulkee jäällä liittyen isoon latuverkostoon ja jään yli pääsee kävellen lähimmälle hissille. Parvi ja alakerta antavat käyttöön suuret parisängyt ja olohuoneen vuodesohva lisää tilaa perheille ja pienille ryhmille. Mökin alakerrassa olohuone-keittiö avotilana sekä yksi makuuhuone jossa parivuode. Parvi-yläkerta jonka päädyissä erilliset makuutilat. Toisessa levitettävä vuodesohva ja toisessa kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Wifi-yhteys, ilmalämpöpumppu, 11kw-laturi type2 liittimellä (sähkö veloitetaan erikseen). Hiihtoladulle lyhyt matka mökin pihasta!

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
