Our spacious, independent house spans 2 levels, offering all the comfort (reversible air conditioning) and tranquility necessary for your stay. With a capacity to accommodate 12 people, it is laid out as follows: The Outdoors: Upon entering the property, you will find 2 outdoor areas: On your left, a dining area equipped with a barbecue, sheltered by a pergola, providing comfort during hot weather. On the right side, a tree-lined garden with a petanque court or play area. The House: Ground Floor: Upon entering the house, you will discover a 40 m² living/dining area with air conditioning. The living area is equipped with a 4K connected TV, a wood stove, and a Wi-Fi box. The dining area features a large table that can seat 12 people. Beyond the living/dining area, there are 3 spaces: - A 30 m² open kitchen, with direct access to the outdoor dining area through a large sliding door. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator/freezer, a coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, a microwave, and all the essential utensils. - A SPA area next to the kitchen, equipped with a hot tub, a sauna, a shower, and sun loungers for your comfort and relaxation. The house rules are available in the SPA area. Failure to comply with the rules (e.g., if the hot tub water needs to be changed after your use) may result in a charge of €500. - A well-equipped game room with a game table, billiards, table football, and ping-pong (accessible to children). Finally, annexed to the game room, a hallway leads to a bathroom with an Italian shower, double sinks, a separate toilet, and a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. Upstairs: You will discover the 6 bedrooms, ranging in size from 10 to 15 m². Each room is equipped with storage, a 160x200 cm bed, and independent air conditioning controls. There are 2 bathrooms available, each with double sinks, a toilet, and a bathtub or an Italian shower. Lastly, in the center of the floor, a large dressing room has been arranged to facilitate the storage of your personal belongings. You will also find appliances (crêpe makers, raclette and fondue sets) to enhance your evenings with friends or family.

Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
