Beautiful and serene old Florida Waterfront cottage. Fishing is great right from backyard. Go out on kayaks (6)that are provided for your enjoyment and one 3 man canoe. The bay is around the corner and lots to explore including some tiny natural islands. You are close to the most beautiful beaches. Ana Maria Island, Siesta Beach, Sarasota, longboat Key are south of cottage. Go north over skyway bridge and you are in St. Petersburg Beach, concerts, theaters, restaurants, etc.

Mimi's Farmhouse in Palmetto, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths

This quiet, updated farmhouse is located one mile from 275 and I 75 in Palmetto. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed , the second with a full size bed, and the third with two twin beds. Bathroom #1 has a shower and Bath #2 has a bathtub but does not have a shower head. A portion of the yard is fenced in for pets and provides an open space. The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.

We tried to create a happy and calm environment so we can run away from the daily stress of our lives and we proudly accomplished that because every time we spend days here it's like a recharge. West Bradenton Cottage is clean, affordable, and great for singles or couples. 8 miles from Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, with Coquina Beach and Longboat Key just further down, 2-3 miles from downtown, Riverwalk, GT Bray Park, IMG Acadamy, less than a mile from the country club, 2 miles from Village of the Arts, and 9 miles from Sarasota Bradenton National Airport. Close to Manatee Memorial and HCA Hospitals. Cute, quaint, and cozy, with electric grill on porch, laundry, & fire pit.
