Ceiling height 1.92 m. Studio for 2 people with all comforts, located under our quiet veranda. The accommodation overlooks a green pedestrian path. You have a completely independent entrance. Parking is free on the street. 15 mins walk from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 7 mins from the Le Mans exhibition centre. For motorcycles, the reservation is for a minimum of 3 nights from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24h auto and "Le Mans Classic": 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.

Property located 5 km from Le Mans and only 5 minutes from the 24h circuit. It is located on the garden level of our house with independent entrance. We obviously occupy the 1st floor.
