I can't say enough positive things about Big Heart Beach. We loved staying at this wonderful home with the sound of the waves out th back door and a view of the Southern Alps from the front. The house had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here a second time if or when I am lucky enough to visit the area again.

Newly built house in quiete part of the region. Everything is clean, windows of the main room are facing towards nature which offers privacy. House is located 10 minutes from Hokitika town center and not far from beautiful walking trails and Hokitika gorge. Will definetly come again!

Brett is a great host—warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic about sharing the best local spots for dining and activities. The property is very clean, and the bathroom is modern and fantastic.
