Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. In the park of La Duchaylatière of about 2 hectares landscaped and wooded (which has just received the Label Parcs et Jardins Centre Val de Loir), you will discover a cottage for 4 people of about 130 m2 (far from the main house). A private outdoor terrace, with living room, garden table and BBQ. Guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool of 15 X 4 M . This place is ideal for relaxing, strolling in an exceptional garden with century-old oaks and visiting the Region.

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

In a historic, secluded and quiet setting, MAISON FRANCE, former outbuilding of the Château de Romainville, located at the gates of Perche, offers an enchanting panorama, with fields of golden wheat and green woods. While retaining all its charm, it offers a blend of perfect comfort and authenticity. On a hiking trail, you can stroll through the woods, relax by the pool and enjoy a dinner under the stars in the conservatory.

Le Fournil de Bussard (Bussard Bakery)

Old bakery recently renovated, this small cottage of character is located in a quiet and green environment, on a cereal farm, near a pond and the farmhouse. This accommodation for two people can accommodate two additional people ("BZ" sofa bed on the ground floor). The cottage consists of a 30 m2 living room with its equipped kitchen, and on the first floor a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bathroom with toilet.
