Monthly Rentals in Royalton

The house was clean and had everything described in the listing. The host had thought of everything, down to restaurant listings for the area and items for a continental breakfast. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean, comfy furniture in the living room as well. If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay Jared!

Very peaceful area. Lots of room and amenities. Excellent communication. Was a very pleasant stay.

Property was very homey. There was lots of space. Could use a few more kitchen amenities but it wasn't a deal breaker. Easy access and lots of room outside for parking. We were staying for the weekend to play in a softball tournament at the DuQuoin Fairgrounds which the property was conveniently located 2 minutes from the fairgrounds, best part!

Chris's place was everything we needed! Gracious host and family, wonderful farm if you enjoy that world, and even a couple of amazing, well-behaved dogs that helped ease the fact that we always miss ours when we are gone. Chris is very responsive, even helping us find the best local pizza (delicious!). We were visiting family in the area so the ease of coming and going was appreciated. We will definately be looking forward to our next stay with Chris!
