The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Note that there is a slightly uneven floor in the kitchen due to the age of the house, but the kitchen is otherwise modern. The house has a pond and water feature, and is super convenient to downtown (just 6.5 miles).
