We look forward to welcoming you here :) House on my feet,I like it very much,the whole house is hand carried up the hill, I love every screw in it. The house is in a town with a small built-up area. There are a few houses and a garden nearby; it's not a secluded spot in the woods! It's on the outskirts of the city, where you can already go out into nature. In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, peace and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an additional fee).

Gasberg Mühle is located in Ostroh Poustka. The house features forest and water spring views and is about 800m from Seeberg Castle. The house has 4 bedrooms, equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop and 3 bathrooms. Towels and bed linens are provided. We have OFF Grid 10 kW Solar System and we use fuel generator to heat up boilers in the bathrooms when there is no much sun. The tourist tax 50 cents/adult person/night is to be paid upon arrival in cash please. BARREL SAUNA IS FOR THE EXTRA FEE.

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.
