Arogno is south-facing, shielded by a range of hills from the noise of highway and train traffic and yet is close to it and 10 minutes by car from the lake and train station. The house is particularly suitable for relaxing in the countryside, as a starting point for hikes or cultural and swimming holidays in Ticino. At the lake there are countless swimming spots. In Rovio, there is a waterfall with a swimming pool.

It is about a quarter of an hour's drive from Lugano and Mendrisio. Located at the foot of the Monte Sighinola in the western part of the Monte Generoso massif, it is the ideal starting point for many interesting excursions. The picturesque roads of the valley are also very popular with cyclists and motorcyclists.
