House holiday rentals in Rovinjsko Selo

Our group of 5 adults were very satisfied with the house. There was plenty of space, comfortable beds and the three bathrooms were awesome. We asked for a microwave and more bedrooms pillows and Neven quickly arrived with arms full of pillows and a microwave. All questions were answered quickly and instructions are provided quickly. A vehicle is required to visit local attractions of Rovinj, Pula and Poreč. We enjoyed local wine tasting at One Hill Winery and truffle farm of Zigante in Livade, both a must to visit. Thank you Neven for hosting a great house to enjoy between daytime adventures.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

Helena welcomed us very kindly. Arranging when we arrive worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. Everything was already there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, tabs for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was always available and after a small storm, she asked the next day if we were okay and if someone should come to clean up. The pool was also cleaned once in between. It's also great for dogs, because it's properly fenced, and walking them around is no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colours - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the hot tub anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

The apartment is wonderful, very close to the city centre, clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Hosts are amazing people, very hospitable and kind and they provided great local tips. I really recommend this pleasant place!

We were at this beautiful place for a week with our dog at the end of May. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

We had a lovely week in Biba's beautiful house. It has a very special charm, also due to the right decor. Of course, you have to keep in mind that it's an old house, i.e. a few animals here and there, cooler and darker. Unfortunately, we were not quite as lucky with the weather, which is why we could not use the beautiful garden so intensively and spent more time in the house. With baby crawling, the house was not very suitable as the stone floor is simply too cool. The place is very very small, there is not much to see, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, just the right thing. The location overall is perfect for things to do in all directions. The kitchen is also very well equipped (much more than usual) so you can cook relaxed. The communication with Biba was very good and also her daughter, who was there for the key drop-off, is very nice.

Inga and her family were the best hosts we've been to so far, we felt completely comfortable. The house is beautiful and the view just amazing. We were there for 7 days with a 15 month old child and Inga provided everything necessary. Inga and Andelko are very open and can also be had for a short or extended chat. We can only recommend it and if we are in the area again we will stop by again:-)

We had a wonderful stay in the small Casa of Ingrid and Daniele. Both are always very friendly and open to questions. We enjoyed the location, really a small private place with wonderful views, pleasant loungers on the property, and the bay for swimming in front of the door. Also, many opportunities for short walks around the bays, on the Premantura (by car), good restaurants and a beach bar, which are also within walking distance, and Pula for sightseeing just a few kilometres away. A great place for us to relax!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

A real nice and spotlessly clean accommodation in a quiet area with a nice view (especially at sunset!) from the terrace, big plus is the parking spot. Beaches and the old town of Rovinj are at walkable distance. Very friendly hosts as well. Overall, nothing to report nor to complain about!

A beautiful house in which nothing was missing. Very quiet location, but good starting point for all activities. Very good communication with host, quick answers and helpful tips!

We had a wonderful stay! Fit our needs perfectly with two small children. The yard is safe and huge for them to explore and play independently. The beach and bike paths were very easy to access. Easy drive to town but away from all the tourists. Felt like a true vacation!

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.
