Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Rovaniemi

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes AirBnB in toller Lage. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 10-15 Minuten in der Innenstadt und trotzdem ist die Lage der Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und es war sehr gemütlich. Es gab kuschelige Hausschuhe, einen Kaminofen und eine Auswahl an Spielen. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. :)

Karis Haus hat uns schon beim Betreten super gefallen. Es war warm und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Die Sauna war einfach in der Handhabung. Unsere Tochter hatte ihren eigenen Schlittenhügel und war ständig draußen im Schnee zum Spielen. Es ist sehr sicher für Kinder, da man absolut privat ist. Einen Abend hatten wir sogar eine Auroraexplosion direkt über der Unterkunft. Es war magisch. Wir waren 9 Tage hier und hatten perfektes Wetter Die Lage ist super, um die Gegend rund um Rovaniemi zu erkunden. Man ist zudem schnell im Supermarkt und in der Stadt. Kari ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können seine Blockhütte jedem empfehlen, der nicht direkt in der Stadt wohnen möchte. Vielen Dank Kari, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften.

Pasi est un hôte très réactif et sympathique, La maison est typique et en même temps très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire, la literie est de bonne qualité et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin dans la maison et à proximité. Nous recommandons et remercions Pasi pour notre séjour.

Sanna's place is amazing.. great facilities and complete amenities. heated floor. fire place. Sanna is very helpful and fast response when you ask anything. She even have two wall clock. One for the time in rovaniemi, and the other she set it for the time from our country. Don't forget to ask to meet Mintaka the Husky if you get a chance to stay at Sanna's place.

Das Haus und die Aussicht sind wunderschön. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Der Whirlpool war ein Highlight und dass wir natürlich fast jeden Abend die Nordlichter gesehen haben. Wir konnten uns sehr entspannen, aber auch einige Unternehmungen in der Gegend machen. Wir sind traurig, dass wir schon nach Hause müssen. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum und jeden Preis wert, wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke für alles.

Such a great home minutes from the center of Rovaniemi and on the river, clean and welcoming space, comfortable accommodations, responsive host, and everything you can ask for. Would highly recommend to visitors.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch! Es war super! Wir waren fünf Tage dort, konnten jeden Abend Polarlichter sehen und hatten viel Spaß, die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen und dank etwas Vorbereitung konnten wir in der gut ausgestatteten Küche hervorragend kochen und essen. Ein absolutes Highlight war auch das von den Anwohnern gekochte Mittagessen mit anschließendem Bingo. Wir möchten ein ganz großes Danke sagen. Es war sehr gemütlich bei euch!

We stayed at Laura’s cozy home for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time at her place. Her lovely home had everything we needed and so much more. It was spotlessly clean with helpful info throughout to make us feel welcome. The sauna was wonderful. The location is beautiful and in the middle of nature, with many trails. We even saw the Northern Lights! Easy access to/from the City Center by bus. Grocery within walking distance. All communications with Laura were very fast, helpful and informative. She is a terrific host! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Siisti ja viihtyisä, kuvien mukainen kohde. Ei luksusta, mutta budjettimatkailijalle hyvä vaihtoehto. 2 aikuista ja 4 pientä lasta mahtui yöpymään. TV ei toiminut ja haarukoita oli liian vähän, mutta muuten olimme tyytyväisiä.

Loved the place, wonderful sauna, beautiful balcony. Owner was super responsive, attentive and communicative. Sofa bed is not the best for 2 adults but it's soft and comfy, we had children with us so they slept fine there. Will definitely look for this apartment next time i stay in Rovaniemi!

Eine schöne kleine rustikale Holzhütte mitten im Nationalpark. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, man kommt zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit sowohl zum Supermarkt und Restaurants als auch zur Skipiste oder schönen Wanderwegen. Die Hütte war sauber, Bad und Sauna sind super. Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich ist eher zwecksmäßig, alles ist recht eng. Die Küche könnte evtl. mal eine kleine Renovierung vertragen. Wir hatten aber trotzdem 2 tolle Tage und für unseren Aufenthalt war es völlig in Ordnung. Empfindlichen Schläfern würde ich empfehlen eine Schlafmaske und Ohrenstöpsel mitzubringen. Das Haus lässt sich im Sommer nicht abdunkeln und es gibt eine sehr laut tickende Uhr, die einem den Schlaf rauben kann.

We had a lovely 3 days at this apartment. We had all the facilities to cook and look after ourselves which was what we needed. The sauna was an added bonus. Great location and very comfortable apartment.

We loved our stay with Kati. She is quite polite and quick to respond. Everything was very clear. House itself is very comfortable and cozy. It was pristine clean and we got welcoming cookies and chocolate. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The only slight inconvenience is location if you are coming during holidays because buses don’t run every day and they are kinda rare. This was written on Katis profile so we knew what we are getting into. But everything else was perfect. Thank you Kati for hosting us, our time in Rovaniemi was excellent ☺️

We had an absolutely amazing time at Otso Lodge in Lapland! The cabin was beautiful and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The view from the cabin was simply breathtaking—truly a tranquil retreat. The weather was also fantastic this time of year, which made our experience even better. We were able to enjoy some fantastic activities close to the lodge, including a thrilling husky safari and a visit to a local farm, both of which were unforgettable experiences. It was also incredibly peaceful to simply walk around the area and take in the stunning natural surroundings. Overall, Otso Lodge provided us with the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Lapland!

Cottage meraviglioso e incantevole. Una sauna meravigliosa e la stanza perfetta. Il bagno sempre caldo e la casetta per cucinare con la legna sempre pronta è un sogno. Lo consiglio a tutti. Relax e natura a portata di mano

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Die Lage ist traumhaft – ruhig, abgeschieden und mitten in der atemberaubenden Natur. Die Umgebung hatte es uns wirklich angetan. Wer Glück hat kann Rentiere und Nordlichter direkt von der Terrasse, der Sauna oder dem Whirlpool aus beobachten. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet – es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Ausreichend Handtücher, genug Feuerholz, kuschlige Decken & eine Spülmaschine. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Situé dans un environnement calme et paisible, le logement de Johanna et Marko permet de bien s'y reposer. Le cottage est bien équipé et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Par contre, les activités dans un environnement proche sont rares.

Nous avons passés un superbe moment en famille dans le cottage d'Anne. Le chalet était conforme à la description, nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour les quelques jours passés dans la région. Nous avons énormément apprécié les diners saucisse au coin du feu, à la frontale :) Anne a été d'une extrême gentillesse avec nous, répondant à nos questions et nous orientant sur des activités auxquelles nous n'aurions pas pensé. Son mari et son fils ont réussi à nous faire découvrir l'ice fishing, des heures amusantes pour les enfants (et pour les parents) :) Merci encore pour tout, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Erittäin kodikas mökki superkauniilla paikalla. Tuli tervetullut olo, kun kaikkea oli mietitty niin, että vierailu sujuisi mukavasti.

Todella viihtyisä ja kotoisa mökki. Puulämmitteinen sauna todella iso plussa. Lapsetkin viihtyivät kun oli mökissä leluja sekä mahdollisuus nähdä lohen hyppy. Kauniilla paikalla sekä keski-loppukesän lohen kalastajalle oiva valinta.

We loved our stay at Tommi’s cabin. Our children loved all the space outside to play in the snow and what an incredible view across the garden and frozen lake. The cabin was warm and cosy and a great place to relax after a busy day exploring. It was a great location, very close to the airport/town and attractions but felt remote and was very peaceful. We would stay again.
