Pleasant cottage, open plan, very well lit by the windows. The lakeshore is private across the width of the property. There is a pleasant little adjacent terrace. It is a small lake, with clear and rather cold water, as it comes mainly from underground sources. No motorized boats (gasoline). Private land, with lots of trees. Campfire area. Forest just behind, with beautiful trails. A snowmobile trail is nearby.

This home has a spectacular view of the lake with incredible sunsets. Close to all amenities including boat launch, restaurant, store, gas, park with lighted walking trail for nighttime walks. A fishing hut is available at an extra cost.
