Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Located in the heart of the Amognes, this characterful cottage welcomes you for an authentic and relaxing stay. This charming, spacious and bright farmhouse is located in the countryside. It consists of equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), shower room and bathroom. The Canal du Nivernais is 800 m from the house, ideal for walking or cycling tours. Bed linen and bath towels are not provided in the rental. These can be provided for an additional charge.
