Settle in to this 90m2 apartment on the 1st floor. It has a large bedroom with a king size bed (180x200) and a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa bed. The location is perfect: only 30 minutes from the famous Le Mans 24h circuit, 18 minutes from the Pôle Européen du Cheval, 15 minutes from La Ferté-Bernard train station and 25 minutes from Le Mans train station. All the essential shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurants...) are within walking distance

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Gypsy caravan and Nordic bath

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival

A peaceful oasis in the middle of Parc du Perche

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
