Welcoming up to five guests, the residence features two en-suite bedrooms alongside an additional guest accommodated in the living room sofa. Entirely arranged on a single ground-floor level, the Villa connects its interiors with expansive outdoor terraces and an infinity pool that appears to merge with the sea beyond.

Το σπίτι είναι ένα τυπικό ζακυνθινό αγροτόσπιτο που χτίστηκε πριν από 80-100 περίπου χρόνια. Στο πέρασμα του χρόνου έχει υποστεί πολλές ανακαινίσεις προκειμένου να είναι όσο πιο άνετο γίνεται αλλά χωρίς να αλλοιωθεί η προσωπικότητά του. Βρίσκεται στη μέση ενός ελαιώνα ηλικίας άνω των 600 ετών. Χαρακτηριστικά του είναι η ησυχία, η ηρεμία, η απομόνωση, η γαλήνη. Το οίκημα είναι απομονωμένο, δεν υπάρχουν άλλα σπίτια γύρω ενώ το χωριό βρίσκεται περίπου 250 μέτρα πιο κάτω (τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια).

Also, it is near in Amaliada, a city, as well as many beaches such as Kourouta, Marathia and Palouki.There is a cyclist road for bike lovers. You can hiking in Marathia's forest and drink coffee in Kourouta's coffee shops too.
