This modular house adapts to your needs, whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, with family or groups of friends. It is also ideal for groups of workers on the go. Pleasant studio located in the center of Le Mans, close to the train station and circuit (10 minutes by public transport or car), at the foot of the tram. Composed of a living room/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Parking spaces available 2mn by transport, 5mn walk. Close to all amenities. We like to hand over the keys to our guests in person. However, after 8 p.m., they can be picked up from the lockbox. Bed linen provided. Extra towel €5.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Cozy and modern 40m² apartment located near many shops and 5 minutes from the city center of Le Mans. Welcome to my apartment located on the 1st floor of a recent and quiet residence with an elevator. This apartment is composed of a spacious living room with a nice equipped open-plan kitchen. It also has a bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. Easy parking with free street parking at the bottom of the residence.

We offer outbuildings furnished in our property, with 2 bedrooms, shower room, fitted kitchen, terrace and shared garden You can park your cars/motorcycles in a closed and secure parking lot on the property. Bed linen is provided. Towels. You can access the circuit in 5 min by car. Public transport passes right in front of the house. A barbecue is available for your use.
