Relax with the whole family at this small house in the countryside. Located between Le Mans, the Alpes Mancelles and Sainte-Suzanne. - On the ground floor, a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. - Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, 2 single 90 x 190 cm beds, and a toilet. The accommodation benefits from games, books, balloons, and bath towels. This small house is attached to our home.

Large Beech Tree Cottage

We are happy to welcome you to the countryside in an old farmhouse converted into a gîte. A friendly place, quiet, with the charm of natural materials. Great for gatherings with family or friends. You have terraces, garden and paths for walks. The proximity to the city of Le Mans allows very quick access to many activities. 24-hour direct circuit access in 10 minutes Proximity to the European Horse Center 12' Épau Abbey and Plantagenêt City 15'.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Nice accommodation in the countryside

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.

And don't worry: the shops are very close, even if you feel far from everything.

A peaceful place, perfect for a family vacation, combining comfort, simplicity and immersion in the Sarthe countryside. Ideal for unwinding, enjoying the outdoors and savoring the good local products.

the Passe-Muraille gîte

This place has a resolutely unique style. It's really like in the movie "A Room with a View" but in Sainte-Suzanne! You fall asleep in front of the scenery of the Coëvrons bathed in the colors of the sunset and wake up with the Sun. Then you have your breakfast on the terrace with this sublime decor!

For a weekend, forget your worries in this spacious and relaxing space. Ideal for a large family, this farmhouse is located in the Sarthe countryside, 30 minutes drive to Le Mans (15 minutes by train). The owners are housed in an adjoining and independent space, they remain available if needed.
