In der Kernstadt gelegen befinden sich wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte, Parks, Cafés und Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung.

A cozily furnished living and sleeping area as well as a modern tiled bathroom with shower and double sink as well as toilet are provided. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away, and the Neckar Valley Cycle Path and the Jakobusweg are also directly accessible

The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessible via its own staircase. It is suitable for 2 people, can be extended by an extra bed for a child (cot, changing table and highchair available if necessary). The 38 sqm apartment has a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet (hairdryer, towels and shower utensils available). The outdoor area can be used on request.
