What a fun place to stay! The art around the apartment gave the space so much character! My family stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed Every minute. Great location too! As others have mentioned, there are a lot of steps, but that didn’t bother us a bit.

The flat is in a lovely 17th century house on the canal. It is a 15 minute walk from the station which is very convenient if you’re travelling around to other places as we did. Marjan is very nice and communicative.

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. If this listing is available, I recommend you book it, there is only positives to this place. Conveniently located with great views in a spacious and well decorated place, it felt like a home with reasonable setup for a baby (crib, gate at the stairs). Hosts are lovely and responsive. The place felt very safe.

Beautiful boat in the centre of Rotterdam. Close to Blaak metro station and basically everything within walking distance! Beautiful large living room, well-equipped kitchen and nice beds.

Absolutely stunning Airbnb right in the middle of a bustling area. Host was so accommodating with an earlier check in, storing our luggage and organising a return taxi to the airport. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Amsterdam!

Great stay, has everything I need in the apartment and very close to public transport. There is also a nice riverside within walking distance. Only minor feedback is the walls are thin so it could be noisy in the morning.

Charlotte’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Amsterdam. The location is ideal—situated in a peaceful and quiet area, yet just a 10-minute walk to the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city center. We walked from Central Station, which was an easy 25-minute stroll, though Uber is always an option for convenience. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, with modern touches and a lovely canal view that added to the charm. It felt spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Being so close to the center of Amsterdam, yet enjoying the tranquility of the neighborhood, made this a truly unique experience. We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Very warm welcome from Ruud and Peter, immediate help with lifting. The house was completely as expected, and a little better. A comfortable bed, wonderfully fresh-smelling bedding and towels. Beautiful surroundings and very quiet location. Definitely worth your money .. and I'd love to come back. Thank you !!

We had a very relaxing 5 nights. Kees and Karen were impeccable hosts, laidback and always helpful. We didn't come by car, but it's easy to get into Utrecht either by bus or tram. Would definitely book again.

We had a great time at Richard's house! The location is excellent, nice and quiet and with the lake of course great for refreshing. We rented the boat and also spent a nice time on the water and the larger lake. The house has everything you need, air-conditioned rooms were perfect on the hot days. Sitting together on the terrace by the lake in the evening, great! You can't go wrong with the house and would book it again and again.

We loved our stay at Eva's. Such a cute and trendy place. Loved the table tennis table too! Would recommend!

Karel is a remarkable host. Attentive, very available and discreet; he kindly prepared his boat for us without us having warned him very early for that and inquired to allow us to watch a football match (a special request from one of us). Regarding the house, it is incredibly large, extremely well equipped, nicely furnished and has very beautiful exteriors overlooking the river. I highly recommend staying at Karel's and I hope to go back myself!

Together with my friends, I had a wonderful and cozy stay in Woudrichem. The location is perfect – quiet, but with plenty to do in the area. Within 5 minutes you can be on the ferry to the atmospheric Gorinchem. The house itself is equipped with all comforts: a spacious kitchen, nice bathroom and both a front and back garden where you can sit comfortably. We really didn't miss anything! Our host Corrie was super hospitable. She welcomed us warmly and even had a delicious apple pie ready for us – so thoughtful! Recommended for anyone who wants to get away in their own country! 🌳🍰⛴️

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront home. The location is fantastic and the area offers many opportunities for recreation and exploration. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – their tips for excursions and activities were very valuable. The apartment itself is very luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything you need. John has been a brilliant host throughout our stay. He provided very helpful and clear information on getting to and into the property and advice on local restaurants. The property is ideal for a stay in Amsterdam and just as described on Airbnb. The area is upmarket, residential but still buzzy. The views of the river are outstanding. I highly recommend it.

Valentijn's place was the perfect base for our family of four (with two teens). It's a few minutes' walk from the major museums, Vondelpark, delicious restaurants, and a grocery store. Although the apartment (and the master bedroom specifically) is on a main street, the apartment itself is well-insulated and quiet. The rest of the apartment opens up to the private yard, making you forget that you're in a major city. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thougtfully designed. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for a meal in. Valentijn was easy to communicate with and was kind enough to allow us to check in early.
