Our 2-room apartment with bedroom, bathroom/toilet and combined kitchen/living room on the first floor of a single-family home in Maria-Thann is 4 km from Wangen im Allgäu. Located directly in the center of town on the Lake Constance-Königsee cycle path between Lindau and Oberstdorf. An ideal starting point for all activities. There is a shopping facility in the village at the "Regiomat" where you can buy milk, eggs, meat and drinks 24 hours a day, as well as on Saturday at the bakery in the village. The nearest small shop is 2 km away.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend aber doch sind alle möglichen Aktivitäten schnell zu erreichen Skigebiete, Wanderwege, Berge, Schwimmbäder und noch vieles mehr. Bei guter Schneelage gibt es eine Langlaufloipe neben dem Haus und hinter dem Haus können Kinder super rodeln und im Schnee toben. Besonderheiten: Es gibt viele Tiere zu sehen da wir auf einem Bauernhof leben Hühner, Hund, Katzen, Kühe, Kälber, Meerschweinchen, Wachteln, Esel. Täglich frische Milch und Eier!
