Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything one needs for a stay outside of your own home. The kitchen corner is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all kinds of everyday needs. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living space. As a small "highlight", a small bay window invites you to have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. Amenities also include a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30 square meters is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

There is a kitchenette with fridge and coffee maker, coffee, tea. In the bathroom you will find towels and hair dryer. Electric blinds in front of the windows. WiFi available. The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. I am a photographer, book a photo-shoot for a special deal :)

In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Lifestyle is a beautiful, clean and well-maintained apartment in a very quiet holiday complex in the old town of Stolberg. The lovely host Sylke took the time to welcome us, explained everything to us and gave us tips for the area. There are no parking problems here and everything important is in the immediate vicinity. From the house, for example, you can go directly up the stairs to the castle. Price-performance is unbeatable and we will gladly come back!

The studio is quiet yet very centrally located in Aachen. You can easily walk to everything. The accommodation is as described and communication was totally easy. Check-in and check-out were also very flexible. The refrigerator is actually a bit noisy.

I was very happy with the stay. The apartment was very nicely simply/modernly furnished. Despite the warm weather, the apartment was able to cool down well! And there was even a cold drink in the fridge! The communication was very pleasant and hassle-free!! Very happy to come back!

Nina and her husband were super friendly, helpful, cooperative, and also private. Their space was tastefully decorated and appointed, and their local recommendations were great. The room had ample space, and the apartment was easily accessible. Their dog, Charlie, also happens to be the goodest boy ❤ Thank you for a great experience!
