Holiday rentals with a patio in Roswell

My stay at Gregory’s Airbnb was phenomenal! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Gregory was an outstanding host — responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

This Bnb was extremely cozy and easy to get to. Host was extremely accommodating + being friendly is always a plus. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity is available. 10/10 stay no complaints here

Stayed with a friend for just a night while passing through Atlanta for a concert at Variety Playhouse, this was a great space for two people! Very cozy, clean, & in a very convenient location with easy check in & check out. We felt very safe as two women traveling alone

Great place to stay; A breath taking view look exactly as the photo, Pierre was a wonderful host answering all questions all letting me feel at home. It’s at a great convenient location for place to eat and grocery store. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this airbnb! It was clean, comfy, and spacious. The neighborhood is great. The unit was well-decorated and had a peaceful, fenced backyard. We walked to the Battery for the Braves game and it was just over 1 mile.

This house was very nice and very clean! The house was spacious and decorated nicely with everything we needed inside. There was a fire pit in the backyard that we planned on doing s’mores with, but ran out of time! The host was great as well, very responsive and friendly! I would recommend this house, very peaceful! Sharday’s place is absolutely beautiful! She was so helpful and communicative. Exactly as pictured and described. The location was very convenient and private. Wish we had been able to stay longer, hopefully next time we’re in town we’ll be able to stay again. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!

this may be the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in. plenty of room for my whole family and infant grandson. the downstairs basement gave the new parents privacy and allowed the baby to be fussy if he needed to be without distrubing others. the location was quiet in a nice neighborhood but close to our activies in marietta, GA 30 min to the aquarium close to restaurants and grocery stores. we didn't get to try the hot tub but it was there. the kitchen was very nice and well appointed the master shower was over the top. I felt like I need an instruction manual to figure out how the water came from so many locations would definitely stay again particularly if you have 3-4 couples all wanting to stay in same place

Felt right at home during our stay…. Went out and saw the sights and had a very comfy little retreat when we were done…. in a BEAUTIFUL neighborhood.

Everything was seamless - the place is adorable and perfectly clean. David was accommodating with check in time. It’s in a cute area and right near downtown Alpharetta. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful neighborhood, clean and well maintained home. Enough room for our entire family to spread out comfortably. Our only concern was there was no bathroom for the rooms in the basement, so you had to walk upstairs to use the half bath if you needed to use the restroom and to the second floor to a full bath to shower.

5 stars. This was the perfect place for my small family. I have no complaints. Close to the Atlanta Braves Stadium and lots of places to eat. Quiet neighborhood too. My only suggestion is the pull out couch is more single than double. But there is an air mattress in the closet. So it worked out well. Definitely will book again the next time we travel to Atlanta!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

The stay was in fact very cozy. The place was clean and welcoming. The best part was that the host was extremely proactive and responsive. It said that the host was likely to reply within a 50 min window, No they replied in IMMEDIATELY . Everything was clear and helpful would definitely stay again.
