Our historic stone house, known locally as Mauthner, is situated at an altitude of 824 meters and is being lovingly and painstakingly renovated. Three vacation apartments will be ready for our guests starting in May 2026! The Lindenblick apartment, with its spacious bedroom, eat-in kitchen, and bathroom, guarantees a cozy stay! Enjoy and relax in the apartment's private wellness area, complete with an sauna and whirlpool! The new pond with panoramic views invites you to linger and unwind.

A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

Unsere sonniges und charmantes Studio bietet bis zu zwei Personen Platz (Bett 160cm) Die Wohnung ist perfekt zentral gelegen, mitten im Univiertel, gleich am Stadtpark und mit einer Aussicht auf einen sehr schönen Garten. Sie ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um Graz fußläufig zu entdecken. Inklusive Fahrrad! our sunny and charming studio is for one or two (bed 160cm) ; the flat is perfectly located to visit graz by walking of biking - you will get a bike for free as well!

Quiet location in a small mountain village at 850 m above sea level. On the farm there is a mother cow herd, which is kept in the surrounding pasture in summer and in the barn in winter. The whole farm consists of an old farmhouse from the Middle Ages, a stable building from 1734, the new house, a hall, a small cottage and this new apartment. At the farm there is an archery course with 50 3D animals in the forest and meadows. It is the most beautiful far and wide!

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

Enjoy a unique vacation at 1200 meters above sea level, surrounded by nature, wellness and luxury. Guest apartment has living /bedroom, small Kitchen, bathroom/Toilet. We are located at 1000m above sea level and have a wonderful view. Sauna can be used for an extra fee. Fireplace and public pool are always available. Wonderful hiking trails, a small ski area, a cross-country trail,riding stables,as well as a nearby 18-hole golf course complete the offer. Beautiful city of Graz can be reached in 35 mins.
