Experience peace and nature in our 60 m² holiday apartment, ideal for couples or small families. It offers a bedroom with king-size bed, living room with sofa bed and Swedish stove, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The apartment is located above the garage in a separate house with views of the garden and forest. Krems is only 10 minutes away. The overnight stay tax in Lower Austria is € 2.50 per person and night from age 15 and is collected in cash on site

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

In the immediate vicinity of the Danube beach and forest, where there are many cycling and hiking trails. By car 15 min. to Krems, 40 min. by bus.

Beautiful, spacious apartment at the winery in Rossatz in the Wachau. Idyllic location, surrounded by vineyards. The apartment is located directly on the Danube Cycle Path, making it the perfect starting point for a bike ride along the Danube, leisurely walks, hikes along the World Heritage Trail and much more. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. Ideal for families, two adults & two children! Dog-friendly :-)

Gästehaus Johanna Dürnstein

We are a family-run guest house in a quiet location that can be easily reached by car. The modern guest house is located directly on the World Heritage Trail at the foot of the Dürnstein Castle Ruins and is only a 3-minute walk from the center of Dürnstein. The special feature of our guest house is the private terrace with beautiful views of the vineyard opposite, the city wall and the Dürnstein castle ruins.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Relax in this perfect SUITE, kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The property is located in the middle of Krems. 500 m from the train station and 400 m from the city center of Krems. This stylish place to stay is perfect for a trip for a few days in the beautiful Wachau. With magnificent views of Dürnstein and plenty of space, it is easy to stay. The winery has a wine tavern (Heuriger) which is open seasonally and leaves hardly any culinary desire unfulfilled. Whether hiking, biking or walking, there is so much to discover in the Wachau World Heritage Site.

Micro house in Krems-Süd

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
