There is 1 step down in the living area “ 70’s style sunken den”. There are two full bathrooms. This home is strictly for renting and not our personal use. WiFi is included, smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room. There is large wooded backyard with private deck with fenced in yard. Private parking in front of home. We hope you enjoy your stay!

This house trailer was completely remodeled in 2024, with fishermen in mind. 2 Bedrooms and 2 full baths. Fold out sofa bed in the den. 3 minutes to Brown's landing ramps 5 minutes to Goshen Springs/Tommy's ramps. Fully furnished kitchen, grill and tournament-ready at the Ross Barnett Reservoir.
